Kowloon

The Kowloon Special Administrative Region contains the area inside the Kowloon Security Wall constructed by the Department of Safety and Security. The area overlaps with Dane, Hammer and New Republic. Kowloon Special Adminstrative Region Law (KWL-SARL) is ranked above general borough or city law in the area. This is a disputed area, the Department of Safety and Security does not recommend entry into the area.
