The Hayden and Pinton boroughs have both been plotted out according to the development plans. The plots are up for sale now, with some of the plots already allocated to the Pilegron Railway Govcom. Some plots in Pinton are allocated to their current residents, according to local records.
Developers are invited to view the plots in the following days. Valueations are still pending, so no final prices are available yet.
Good to see progress in Hayden & Pinton. Hopefully this will bring some much needed jobs and prosperity to the area.
