OBRC has successfully aquired
MetroSys from the state operated Pilegoron Railway Company. PRC has been in financial difficulties since OBRC has been established. The factories at
Harrow,
Leonshowe and
Hornaby are part of the acquisition, as are the office buildings in
Hornaby. Patents have been moved to BRC, which will initially inherit service contracts for the tubes.
The lines are redistributed, as they are not all part of this deal. A new operating and holding company, Pilegron Metro Company (PMC) has been established by PRC.
Blue Tube: Operated by PMC, owned by BRC
Red Tube: Operated and owned by PMC
Green Tube: Operated and owned by PMC
Other lines, like the
Rochester Tube and the
Yellow Tube are not part of MatroSys and thus not of the deal.
