The newest borough has just joined the city:
Tilbury Hill. The bounds incorporate the tilbury hill, across the pilegron river from
Shepton. The
Pulse Research Tower is on in its bounds. Lazy Bexlian Pulse Extension is being built on the hill and will connect the new borough directly to
Enfield. The borough is under jurisdiction of the Southern Legal District. The administration is executed by
Enfield Borough Council.
