The Northlink Govcom has run its surveys and has reached a conclusion for the section before the tunnel under Klus Mountain: Hammer 2.0 by Ramsely. The proposal thru the city heart has been rejected due to its massive impact on the historical area. Kensington tunnel is not suitable because the trunk bridge over to Hamstad would disrupt the service to Inton, as the Inton Line would have to be demolished to make way. The Surveys will continue, but construction in Hammer has commenced.

While I applaud the progress being made on the Hammer line, it's crucial that we consider the impact on existing communities and infrastructure.

It's a shame about Kensington tunnel. Progress needs to happen somewhere though. I wonder what they will come up with next?
