Historic buildings in our city have long been listed as such, but the listings did not differentiate between their importance and status. The congress has come up with a listing system to categorize the buildings and what restrictions they have. The system consists of a grade (1 - 3), which denotes the historical significance of the building, 1 being the highest. Several modifiers denote what may be changed, and what cannot be changed on the property: L: The buildings location may not be changed, thus it cannot be moved. Example: City wall P: This building is used (practical), thus minor changes can be performed, as long as they do not change the buildings overall appearance. Example: Metier building The buildings will be categorized in the coming weeks by the Historic Buildings Commission created by the congress. Applications and appeals may be directly submitted to their office at Kensington Lane. Initially registered buildings: Westminster: 1L Lars's House (Kensington): 2 Metier Building: 2P North city wall (remains on Tenor Street): 1L Western City Wall: 1LP Ealing Tower: 1L Origin Tower: 1L Danue Tower: 3L East City Wall: 1LP Waterworks in Loirent: 3L Loirent Prototype House: 3L Klusbahn Hammer Terminus: 2L Lars's Townhouse: 2 Congress Gate: 2L Central Storage Facility: 2LP Panda Park: 2LP Northwark Gate: 2L Hamstad House: 3 The entire district of Camden is listed as 2LP

This new system sounds a bit complicated to me, but I suppose it's necessary to protect our city's history.
