Neal O'brookes, the explorer from Uxbridge has discovered a large sand field south of Pilebrook. He has announced immediate start of daily shippings, aided by his friend and ship navigator Lionel Flambier from Tower Hamlets.

Perhaps Mr. O'Brookes could use some help refining the sand? I imagine there are many interesting applications for it if processed correctly.
