The Rail Lab has constructed a massive factory area in Kittenhill East. The complex incorporates a testing loop, direct access ramp to Ferrowfield Station, speedup straights and a factory area. The company has released a report detailing their current development goals which consist of various loading and unloading facilities and a device which allows trains lines to split into two lines heading in different directions ("Turnouts"). None of the developments has been released yet.
