The lawsuit against the Klusbahn Govcom halting the enfield expansion has finally come to a closing. The Judge Thamsworth Islington concluded the case with the following statement:
«Klusbahn Govcom did not violate good faith practices by financing a disproportionate amount on the
Enfield Station Expansion joined venture. The part of the expansion in question maily benefits the
Klusbahn Railway, thus the increased financing is appropriate. A Permit is still required for the expansion, as the expansion is for the benefit of the Klusbahn, and the company cannot omit this requirement by requesting the purchase through the joint venture.» SC-17
Noah Rowndal, the current owner of the house, has submitted an exchange offer to the
Enfield Station Expansion Company - the 5 apartments on the western side of Metropolitan Street. The company did not respond to this offer yet.
Klusbahn has submitted a request for a building permit, which has been approved swiftly by the authorities in
Regent.
Although controversial, many residents we interviewed after the session in the Major Court at
Law House agreed with the judges decision. Our law expert Barely Pollensi calls it awell balanced ruling, pointing out the issues with Klusbahns dodging attempt whilst not hindering progress on the expansion.
