Bexley needs to expand. The city's university has been struggling to keep up with demand. The city keeps growing, but the last expansion of the University was back in 2023-03.
Bexley University has submitted a quiet expansion proposal to Congress back in 2023-10, which has passed today. A new "Science City", short "Scity" will be constructed in south and west
Leonshowe, replacing some of the current railway infrastructure. The Scity will include some new departments

An Administrative Building
An architectural sample building has been built where the Architectural Engineering building will be constructed.
The
Leonshowe Station will be moved to Scity and the old station and lines removed and shrinked down. Most of the
Leonshowe Plateau will have to be removed for this endeavor.
Edminton High Street tunnel will be unlidded and widened. A new street will connect
Leon Square (through
Bexley High Street) with
Rochester and
Kittenhill High Street. Old and hard to maintain
Uxbridge will no longer be used up to
Blakefield, where four new lines comming from Esminton will join. The risky section of the bridge over the River will be demolished and the part next to
Uxbridge Wagonworks has been sold to the company. The stations
Leonshowe/Scity and
Edminton will be served by multiple lines, although they will not stop at each station. Passenger line
