City-wide building code formally passed into legislation

Buildings need to be regulated - or they will sprawl out of control. The rules have not been written down so far, and the buildings commission at law house in hornaby reveiwed each building based on a submitted plan. The laws have been written down, to allow anybody to see what the rules are. This should increase efficiency, as builders will no longer have to go back and fourth to get a new building approved. BC 1: Definition BC 1.1: A building is a structure enclosing a space to accommodate people, devices, items or other systems or services BC 1.2: A garden must have at least 4 m2 of dirt BC 1.3: A balcony must have at least 2 m2 of standable area, excluding the blocks which contain railings BC 2: Allocation BC 2.1: Each building must claim a plot in the central building register BC 2.2: A building must be accessible by road or path BC 2.3: A building is assigned to the street where the buildings primary entrance is BC 2.4: A plot can only be claimed if it contains a building, park or farmland BC 3: Limits BC 3.1: A buildings roof may extend one meter over the plot size BC 3.2: A building can be mass produced, but some variation is required BC 4: Amenities   A building must have an accessable entrance BC 4.2: A building must have a way to easily access all of its floors BC 4.3: A building must be accessible by public transport
