A conglomerate of the Western Railway Company, Inton Railway Company,
Lazy Bexlian Railway Company,
Hornaby Railway Company,
Yellow Tube Company, Metrosys Company &
Klusbahn Railway Company have opened a new and shared workshop to service all trains in
Blakefield. The service works can be accessed using the
Uxbridge and will work in cooperation with the current service stations at
Bexley Architecture and
Bexley Workshops operated by the
Lazy Bexlian Railway Company. Makeshift operations at Leonhowe Freight Yard will finally fully be replaced by the new service. It will render the yard at
Ealing/
Uxbridge redundant too - the Lazy Bexlian has announced plans to extend its passenger service to
Blakefield.
The station has four service workshop houses, on which a train can be operated on from below, because the tracks are raised two stories above the (currently unnamed) main street in
Blakefield. A huge yard allows for trains to be stored and exchanged between the companies when demand exceeds a participants capabilities. Three privately owned parks bring some green space to the otherwise brick dominant area. A single track connects the
Yellow Tube Service Yard with the
Blakefield yard and up to the
Uxbridge. Six yellow double family houses have been built nearby to accommodate some the working staff for the yard, more are soon to be built.
Notably absent: The East Railway Company - the company does not want to cooperate with Metrosys Company. Thus, they are not participating and will have to build their own service center.
