Sand is being moved into the city at a neck breaking pace. Neal O'brookes Sand Company has raked in considerable profits by extracting and shipping the commodity. The use of light-rail powered freight trains developed in house to create a low cost rail link is proving its potential. With the southern expansion, four new boroughs have been incorporated. Starting with Pickerton, the swamp south of Rochester. The island between Pickerton and the sand field split into three: Baywater in the north west, Elmstone east of it and Winthrop in the south.
