The new law: Only one of a structure-built building can be listed. This bill has been passed by the more liberal side of the congress. The rule only applies to the unmodified copied sections, special house ends for example may be listed additionaly. A new triplet court (read above) can make exceptions.

While I understand the need to preserve our architectural heritage, I do worry that this law may lead to unintended consequences. It seems overly restrictive to only allow one listing per structure.

One listing per structure? What utter nonsense! This city is full of magnificent buildings, and limiting their recognition is a grave disservice to our history.

While I appreciate the sentiment behind this new law, I fear it may lead to unnecessary complications. Determining which iteration of a structure deserves recognition will undoubtedly spark much debate.

While I see both sides of this issue, I do believe it is important to find a balance between preserving our architectural heritage and allowing for growth and change in our city.

I find it peculiar that they would limit listings to one per structure. Surely there could be a better way to preserve history without such rigid rules.

Such a fuss over listings! Let folks cherish their homes as they see fit.

One listing per building? That sounds silly! Why can't all the pretty buildings have a special spot?
