BRC New Republic Station

Pilegron News
6/26/2024
BRC has responded to the letter by the New Republic Council which requested a station on the Cross City Tunnel. A new station with entrances on Congress Street and Garlier/Bristol/Canal Street will be considered. The ground survey in the historical area will decide, wether the station can be built. BRC 55% and the boroughs of Danue 10%, New Republic 20%, Paddington 10% and the City of Pilegron 5% will pay for the new station. Plots for the construction have been bought from Mekle Investment (vacant New Republic plots), while the plots south of Danue Market will be provided by the respective boroughs. Danue Market or a public park may be extended or built west of the current market site. Garlier/Canal Street will be widened and unified as Canal Street.
