Harrow Hill Borough & Harrow Gardens Borough

Congress will allocate two new boroughs in the northern part of the city: Harrow Hill, above Bourbaki up to Suesh Lake's start and Harrow Gardens - the currently stone flat part above Suesh Lake. This has been accepted to drive development in the north.
