Nestled between Staithes and Pt. Arlington, Rythoria hill boasts the perfect location for the Rythoria University of Inverportshire. The idea to found an independent university for Inverportshire wasn’t new, but the construction of the Abyssinian Wharf pushed Inverportshire to become independent from Pilegron and acquire knowledge. Consequently, Rythoria Hill was inaugurated as the newest borough in the Inverportshire legal district in 1897. The area hosts several faculties, laboratories and student housing among other infrastructure such as a little cable car.
