Tyleka

Incorporated 4/8/2025
Inverportshire legal district

Until the mid 1900’s, Tyleka was known as Wychmarsh. The sandy and marshy area was not very populated apart from a few cattle farmers who roamed the area. Every attempt to settle there failed until some clerics moved to Mildreth‘s Hill in the early 19th century. The settlement burned down in 1864 and the community moved to Blethergate Rookery. The land remained property owned by the St. Mildreth‘s Evangelical Community, but was handed over to Inverportshire for free when they couldn’t find a buyer for the land. St. Mildreth‘s Parish to the east of Tyleka was bought by Inverportshire that same year. Tyleka maintained rough and unpopular until the Inverportshire City Council decided to build workers housing. Additionally, the Chapel would be rebuilt and a park was opened on Mildreth‘s Hill. The borough is well known for its high criminality.
